Information collected

The form collects your name, email address, site location and project preferences, including any choices you make about sauna use, capacity, heating, surface, format, scope or indicative budget. The optional message may contain other information you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Purpose and lawful bases

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential sauna project and, if requested, prepare a quotation or take steps before entering a contract. We rely on taking steps at your request before a possible contract (pre-contractual steps) and, where appropriate, our legitimate interests in handling and administering business enquiries. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Service providers and access

Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. An email notification about an enquiry is sent to thomas@wildsauna.uk. Email processing is provided by the relevant email service. Access to enquiry information is limited to people handling that enquiry or its administration. We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you separately give permission.

Netlify and its service providers may process enquiry data outside the UK, including in the United States. Netlify's Data Processing Agreement sets out its transfer safeguards, including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where that does not apply, standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum. Retention

We manually delete unsuccessful enquiries within 12 months of last contact. Customer and project records are retained separately where needed for contracts or legal requirements. Deletion is manual; no automatic expiry is promised.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing, and request data portability. Contact thomas@wildsauna.uk to exercise your rights. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
